What counts as a letter?
Each personalised letter we print and post to a homeowner uses one letter from your monthly quota. Starter plan doesn't include letters — you use the lead data to do your own outreach.
What if I use all my letters before the month is up?
If you're consistently hitting your limit, upgrade to Growth — 50 letters per month for $349/month, plus an expanded 50 km search radius. Or buy a one-time letter pack to top up for the current month. Packs don't expire and can be used whenever.
Who prints and posts the letters?
We do. You approve your letter template once during setup. After that, every new DA match gets a letter printed and posted to the homeowner within 2 business days.
What states do you cover?
Currently live in NSW and ACT. Victoria and Queensland are coming soon.
What's the difference between Professional and Growth?
Growth gives you 50 letters per month (vs 20 on Professional), an expanded 50 km search radius, priority matching on high-value DAs, and priority support. Built for builders covering a wide area or running high letter volumes.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel through your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
